SAfA 4: Operational Excellence

For 2024, the objective was for the Euresearch Network to deliver value to clients and stakeholders by leveraging the opportunities offered by digitali sation. The year saw the completion of the migration to Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, accompanied by various training events and adjustments to inter- nal processes in collaboration with the Network. Furthermore, with the new digital environment, the internal workflow for personnel was streamlined. The second large initiative was the modernisation of the customer relationship management system, which will continue in 2025.
